Management Of Prophetic Messages

The Man Who Saw God Face To Face

1.     The Core Prophecies

The purposes of prophecy are to:

a.     Tell people the will of God.

b.     Guide them in doing it.

c.      And later confirm that the will of God has been done.

The major purpose of prophecy is not:

d.     Telling people what they want to hear.

e.      It is not for the minister to impress people to regard him as one of the greatest prophets and visioners.

f.       And it is not necessarily giving so many prophecies.

g.     It is not even to declare success and prosperity for whoever that wants to do any type of work or business, without knowing whether such engagement is against the will of God or not.

2.     When Somebody’s Picture Is Seen As An Enemy

a.     The picture may refer to the person seen.

b.     The picture may not refer to the person seen.

3.     When Somebody’s Picture Is Seen As A Future Wife Or Husband

a.     The picture may refer to the right person seen.

b.     The picture may not refer to the right person.

4.     When There Are Doubts

a.        Pray more revelations.

b.        Ask God for confirmations.

c.         Ask the person to come back later.

d.        You can cast the bible, which is unfailing.

5.     When People Are Having Misunderstandings And Quarrels Or Are At Enmity

a.     They are likely to be seeing each other as an enemy, a witch, ghost or evil spirit.

b.     The other person may be seen in a bad, evil or ugly condition.

6.     When A Message Refers To One Person

a.     This may be true.

b.     The same message may refer to one particular person or several persons.

c.      It may concern the person receiving the message.

7.     When The Same Message Refers To Several Persons

a.     All those concerned should follow up the message, by prayer or necessary action.

b.     Where all are not present, those present should also pray on the behalf of the absent ones.

8.     The Need For Control Of Anointing And Prophecy

a.     Uncontrolled anointing and prophecy makes it easy for evil spirits and demons to give false messages, though the prophecies may be true.

b.     Such messages are false because they are not from God, and are therefore misleading.

c.      So many of the famous pastors and trending ministers are not working for God, because they are not using powers of the Holy Spirit. They go to native doctors, mermaids, devil, etc, for spiritual power.

d.     Therefore, there must be strict supervision and control of prophecy.

e.      Do not allow people to be prophesying always, simply because that is what majority want.

f.       Many ministers prophesy simply to impress people, for the public to regard them as great and powerful ministers.

g.     They are behaving like the prodigal son, because they waste spiritual gifts and blessings, without following the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and give the blessings of God to whoever that comes to the ministers without considering whether the person wants to do the will of God or not.

h.     Where supervision and control are not ensured, people prophesy when God has not spoken.

i.       Using human logic and reasoning in interpreting spiritual statements may mislead the people.

j.       Most of the people, as well as the ministers, are not spiritually enlightened and experienced to interpret spiritual statements, because they did not study Spiritual Science.

k.     A good prophecy may require wisdom in order to ensure peace and safety. The cases of Prophet Samuel and King Saul, and that of Prophet Nathan and King David serve as good examples:

The Case Of David And Nathan

As Nathan expected, David was greatly offended by a case and was ready to take drastic actions against the offender, without knowing that he was the man. This means that he could have killed Nathan out of anger. But, Prophet Nathan acted wisely by first asking God what to do and he did what God told him to do. Here is the bible account:

Then the Lord sent Nathan to David. And he came to him, and said to him: "There were two men in one city, one rich and the other poor. 2 The rich man had exceedingly many flocks and herds. 3 But the poor man had nothing, except one little ewe lamb which he had bought and nourished; and it grew up together with him and with his children. It ate of his own food and drank from his own cup and lay in his bosom; and it was like a daughter to him. 4 And a traveller came to the rich man, who refused to take from his own flock and from his own herd to prepare one for the wayfaring man who had come to him; but he took the poor man's lamb and prepared it for the man who had come to him."

5 So David's anger was greatly aroused against the man, and he said to Nathan , "As the Lord lives, the man who has done this shall surely die! 6 And he shall restore fourfold for the lamb, because he did this thing and because he had no pity."

7 Then Nathan  said to David, "You are the man! Thus says the Lord God of Israel: 'I anointed you king over Israel, and I delivered you from the hand of Saul. 8 I gave you your master's house and your master's wives into your keeping, and gave you the house of Israel and Judah. And if that had been too little, I also would have given you much more! 9 Why have you despised the commandment of the Lord, to do evil in His sight? You have killed Uriah the Hittite with the sword; you have taken his wife to be your wife, and have killed him with the sword of the people of Ammon. 10 Now therefore, the sword shall never depart from your house, because you have despised Me, and have taken the wife of Uriah the Hittite to be your wife.' 11 Thus says the Lord: 'Behold, I will raise up adversity against you from your own house; and I will take your wives before your eyes and give them to your neighbour, and he shall lie with your wives in the sight of this sun. 12 For you did it secretly, but I will do this thing before all Israel, before the sun.'"

13 So David said to Nathan, “I have sinned against the Lord."

And Nathan said to David, "The Lord also has put away your sin; you shall not die. 14 However, because by this deed you have given great occasion to the enemies of the Lord to blaspheme, the child also who is born to you shall surely die." 15 Then Nathan departed to his house. 2 Samuel 12:1-15

The Case Of Samuel And Jesse

King Saul spent time planning on how to kill David, and he made several unsuccessful attempts. This showed that King Saul would have killed Samuel and David, if he knew that Prophet Samuel went to anoint David as king over Israel, while himself, King Saul, just as the wicked King Herod did at the birth of Jesus. Many baby boys were killed in Israel, in the bid to eliminate Jesus. But, Prophet Samuel acted wisely by consulting God, and God told him what to do. The bible account reads:

Now the Lord said to Samuel, “How long will you mourn for Saul, seeing I have rejected him from reigning over Israel? Fill your horn with oil, and go; I am sending you to Jesse  the Bethlehemite. For I have provided Myself a king among his sons."

2 And Samuel said, "How can I go? If Saul hears it, he will kill me."

But the Lord said, "Take a heifer with you, and say,’ I have come to sacrifice to the Lord.' 3 Then invite Jesse  to the sacrifice, and I will show you what you shall do; you shall anoint for Me the one I name to you."

4 So Samuel did what the Lord said, and went to Bethlehem. And the elders of the town trembled at his coming, and said, “Do you come peaceably?"

5 And he said, "Peaceably; I have come to sacrifice to the Lord. Sanctify yourselves, and come with me to the sacrifice." Then he consecrated Jesse  and his sons, and invited them to the sacrifice.

… Thus Jesse  made seven of his sons pass before Samuel. And Samuel said to Jesse , "The Lord has not chosen these." 11 And Samuel said to Jesse , "Are all the young men here?" Then he said, "There remains yet the youngest, and there he is, keeping the sheep."

And Samuel said to Jesse , "Send and bring him. For we will not sit down till he comes here." 12 So he sent and brought him in. Now he was ruddy, with bright eyes, and good-looking. And the Lord said, "Arise, anoint him; for this is the one!" 13 Then Samuel took the horn of oil and anointed him in the midst of his brothers; and the Spirit of the Lord came upon David from that day forward. So Samuel arose and went to Ramah. 1 Samuel 16:1-13

9.     Etc.

10.            The Fulfilment May Not Be Immediate

Generally, when people are given prophecies, they expect immediate fulfilment. People fail to understand that every prophecy of God has a set time for its fulfilment.

Then the Lord answered me and said:

"Write the vision

And make it plain on tablets,

That he may run who reads it.

3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time;

But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie.

Though it tarries, wait for it;

Because it will surely come,

It will not tarry.” – It will not delay.

Habakkuk 2:3

a.     You notice that so many ministers of God are not bold enough to speak to those in positions of authorities, because the ministers fear persecutions and intimidations.

c.               The eventual manifestation shall come to them that you were saying the truth.

23.         Why Messages Do Not Fulfil The Way People Expect

a.              The ways of God are different from the ways of man.

b.              The thoughts of God are different from the thoughts of man.

c.               The fulfilment may not be immediate or very soon after. “There is a set time,” says the Almighty, “for the fulfilment of my word. At the right time, you see it manifesting.”

"For My thoughts are not your thoughts,

Nor are your ways My ways," says the LORD.

And My thoughts than your thoughts.

Isaiah 55:8-9

Already, the elder has purchased clothes and given to a tailor to sow white garment for him, but the tailor has not finished the sowing. This message simply means that all members should provide and wear their white garments.

Case Study 1 – False Allegations

A young man and children were doing prayers every Sixthday night, which people wrongly call Friday night, in the mission.

One Seventhday morning, which people wrongly call Saturday morning, a girl reported that he caught the young man raping a little girl. A boy who slept in the same room confirmed the allegation as true, because according to him, he saw the incident.

The mother of the girl wanted to go and call police, to arrest the man, but somebody advised her not to do so.

In order to stem the tide of such negative reports, the prayer group were disbanded.

The situation was normalized when Angels of God came in the midst of the congregation. According to the angels, what the children were saying was true, except that it was a night vision, in which a marine spirit came into the room, in the appearance of the accused young man. It was a case of sex in dream, which was seen by the girl and the boy who supported her, because the two persons had their spiritual eyes open, they have the spirit of vision.

If the man of God had not acted wisely, the accusation would have created so much quarrels, misunderstanding and crisis in the house of God, the enemies would have used the report as a strong point in mocking and gossiping.

Case Study 2 – When The Impossible Is Demanded

For example, a message can say that he congregation has to present an offering of seven rams. But, the population cannot present the said seven rams, because they do not have them and because they do not have money. They cannot provide such.

Then, let them provide the much they can. Or, they may offer the seven rams in future, when they are able to do so.

Case Study 3 – Avoiding Conflicts And Interferences

A situation may arise where two or more Angels are giving messages at the same time, such that the voice of one angel is disturbing the messages of other angels.

The best thing to do is separate the Angels by distance, one away from the others, so that none can interfere or disturb the message delivery of another.

Case Study 4 – To Do Saraka Or Not?

A member was asked by an angel to do saraka for the congregation. After the prayers, the person went to the man of God and complained that she has no money to do the saraka.

The minister told her to leave the saraka, until the time she has money to do so.

Case Study 5 – To Add More Offerings

Somebody came to the minister in-charge and said, “Last night, I heard a voice. The voice said that I should add two crates of mineral to the materials for my child presentation today. ”

The minister replied, “If you have the money for the mineral, add them. But, if you do not have the money, leave it.”

Case Study 6 – Children On Prayer

Three children were asked to do seven-day midnight prayer in the mission. As was directed by an angel of God, the children wanted to start the prayer immediately, on the coming Sixthday, but were asked not to do so.

The reason was that an adult should stay with the children in the night, inside the mission. The children should not be left alone. Therefore, they were asked to star the prayer a week after, in order to get an adult who should stay with them.
